| Code 01 |
Candidates who are appearing for their Class 12 exam in 2025 and awaiting results. They are eligible to take NEET UG 2025, but must pass the exam with required subjects and marks before counselling. |
| Code 02 |
Candidates who have completed 12 years of study, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English. This includes Class 12 or its equivalent, with practicals in science subjects. |
| Code 03 |
Candidates who passed a Pre-degree or Intermediate Science Examination from a recognized board or university with PCB and English. |
| Code 04 |
Candidates who cleared a Pre-medical or Pre-professional exam after passing 12th or equivalent. This exam must include practical tests in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology, and English as a compulsory subject. |
| Code 05 |
Students who completed the first year of a 3-year degree course from a recognized university, with PCB and practicals. They should have also passed their earlier 12th exam with PCB and English. |

Candidates with a B.Sc. degree from a recognized university, with at least two of the subjects among Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and who passed Class 12 with PCB and English. |
